Software Tester
As part of the growth of our activities, we are looking for a Software Tester to join our Product Development department on a permanent contract.

Your missions:
Reporting to the R&D Director, you will be responsible for:
- Leading software qualification activities
- Defining, estimating, and planning the testing strategy
- Facilitating qualification meetings and monitoring the anomaly/incident portfolio
- Designing system test plans (use cases, platforms, datasets)
- Assessing the feasibility of test automation when relevant
- Executing tests and qualification activities
- Analyzing test results
- Tracking anomalies in collaboration with Product Owners and external partners
- Providing test reports to stakeholders
Required profile:
- You have at least three years of experience in software testing and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac +3 / Bac +5).
- You are familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum), have experience with test management tools, and possess knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium, Watir, Protractor, or others).
- You are rigorous, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- You have strong interpersonal skills, analytical and synthesis abilities, and sufficient assertiveness to integrate smoothly within our company.
- You have solid writing skills and a minimum B2 level in English.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of TFS
- ISTQB Certification
- Experience with Microsoft environments (TFS, Azure DevOps)
