Appointment of Ludovic d’Apréa as Chief Operating Officer
Ascentry today announced the appointment of Ludovic d’Apréa as Chief Operating Officer. He will focus on driving strong global growth, overseeing, marketing, sales and services, while fostering strong operational excellence and a culture of execution.
With 20 years of industry experience in Healthcare and IT, Ludovic is a global leader with a proven track record of driving change, delivering growth and turnarounds, and building strong teams worldwide in both large corporations and startups.
He comes to Ascentry after a year of providing strategic advisory services to medical and healthcare companies, focusing on digital technologies in Europe and the US.
Previously, Ludovic was CEO of Solutions for Enterprise Imaging (SEI) at GE Healthcare, with global responsibility for the Imaging IT business and overall strategic and operational leadership.
Before GE Healthcare, Ludovic was Chief Customer Officer at Tribun Health, a leader in digital pathology software, where he was responsible for global sales and services.
He joined Tribun Health from Philips Healthcare – Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics, following Philips’ acquisition of the Healthcare IT business of Carestream Health, where he served as EVP and General Manager at the time of the acquisition. He played an instrumental role in the transaction and remained with Philips from 2019 to 2022, first as Global Head of the Healthcare Information Solutions business and later as Global Head of Business Development for Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics.
Earlier in his career, Ludovic held key General Manager roles at Carestream in Europe and senior leadership positions across the healthcare and telecom industries.
